Disgruntled Directors Petition California Supreme Court

According to a recent regulatory filing made by Prosper Marketplace (Prosper.com), the outside director defendants, following the April 29, 2011 reversal by the California Court of Appeal of their previously sustained demurrer in the proposed class action litigation, are petitioning for relief from a higher power.
On June 9, 2011, the individual defendants filed a petition before the California Supreme Court seeking review of the Court of Appeal’s opinion.
