Plaintiffs to appeal ruling on the dismissal of outside directors

BREAKING NEWS: Plaintiffs in the legal action against Prosper Loans Marketplace (Prosper.com) have filed with the Court of Appeal of the State of California, First Appellate District indicating their intent to seek to overturn the recent Judgment of Dismissal Sustaining Without Leave to Amend Demurrer to the Second Amended Complaint of Mr. Breyer, Mr. Cheng and Mr. Kagle, which was entered on January 21, 2010.
